In Scottsdale the landscape is the main event. Our Arizona interiors are designed to embrace it, from desert light to mountain silhouettes, rather than compete with it.
Warm neutrals that shift with the light
Desert light changes dramatically through the day. Warm whites, sand, stone and soft taupe glow in the morning and stay calm under strong midday sun.
Natural, tactile materials
Limestone, plaster, oak, linen and leather feel grounded in the place and age gracefully.
Outdoor rooms are real rooms
Patios, pool terraces and courtyards deserve the same attention as the living room: comfortable seating, layered lighting and shade, so they're used year-round.
Comfort above all
A home should be a haven. Every PLD room is designed to be sumptuously livable: always sophisticated, never fussy.
