Services
From new construction and renovation to complete furnishing and turnkey second homes, every PLD service is led personally by Lauren Rautbord.
What we do
However your project begins, Lauren directs the design personally, from the first walkthrough to the final installation.
01
From the first conversation to the final pillow, Lauren and the studio guide every decision: space planning, architectural detailing, finishes, lighting, furnishings, art and accessories. One cohesive vision, managed hands-on.
02
PLD joins architects and builders early, refining floor plans, millwork, cabinetry, fixtures and finish schedules so the interiors and architecture are designed as one.
03
Kitchens, baths and whole-home renovations that respect a home's bones while bringing it up to how you live now, with clear guidance through contractors, budgets and timelines.
04
Custom and to-the-trade furnishings, window treatments, rugs, lighting and art, sourced, ordered, tracked and installed so that move-in day feels finished.
05
PLD has followed its clients to mountain, lake and coastal homes in Idaho, Colorado, California, Montana, Texas and Park City, delivering turnkey retreats wherever life takes you.
06
Model and speculative homes furnished to show a lifestyle, creating the emotional pull that helps luxury properties stand out.
How every project unfolds
Every PLD home begins with a conversation about how you live and what you love.
